the joys of sweets, family .. and the plagues

Today is Easter of 2013. A holiday like so many others where the sheep misread the reason. No one wants truth. The masses enjoy the the pleasure of being spoon feed anything that makes them feel good.  Easter is a day which was a pagan holiday prior to 190. But like so much in our world the truth was brushed over and thus we were told a new truth. Thus a new meaning was given. But so many of the old ways are still here. For example: the bunny, the egg. The given of sweets where does such a thing lay in this the new meaning of the holiday.

A thought hit me a few days ago. And it was like being a blind man and for the first time given the gift of sight. The thought was as pure as anything you can think of. " He who controls the past, controls the present. And he who controls the present controls the future"  And these words ring true. look at the American history and how it oddly and amazingly changes. You talk to anyone almost about the so called civil war. And most will parrot that it was over slavery. but ask those same people if they read Lincoln’s 1st inaugural address. They missed the quote "I have no purpose, directly or indirectly, to interfere with the institution of slavery in the States where it exists. I believe I have no lawful right to do so, and I have no inclination to do so." Now think.. why was the war fought then... well Economic and social differences between the North and the South. Could be a very big cause
With Eli Whitney's invention of the cotton gin in 1793, cotton became very profitable. This machine was able to reduce the time it took to separate seeds from the cotton. However, at the same time the increase in the number of plantations willing to move from other crops to cotton meant the greater need for a large amount of cheap labor, i.e. slaves. Thus, the southern economy became a one crop economy, depending on cotton and therefore on slavery. On the other hand, the northern economy was based more on industry than agriculture. In fact, the northern industries were purchasing the raw cotton and turning it into finished goods. This disparity between the two set up a major difference in economic attitudes. The South was based on the plantation system while the North was focused on city life. This change in the North meant that society evolved as people of different cultures and classes had to work together. On the other hand, the South continued to hold onto an antiquated social order.
2. States versus federal rights.
Since the time of the Revolution, two camps emerged: those arguing for greater states rights and those arguing that the federal government needed to have more control. The first organized government in the US after the American Revolution was under the Articles of Confederation. The thirteen states formed a loose confederation with a very weak federal government. However, when problems arose, the weakness of this form of government caused the leaders of the time to come together at the Constitutional Convention and create, in secret, the US Constitution. Strong proponents of states rights like Thomas Jefferson and Patrick Henry were not present at this meeting. Many felt that the new constitution ignored the rights of states to continue to act independently. They felt that the states should still have the right to decide if they were willing to accept certain federal acts. This resulted in the idea of nullification, whereby the states would have the right to rule federal acts unconstitutional. The federal government denied states this right. However, proponents such as John C. Calhoun fought vehemently for nullification. When nullification would not work and states felt that they were no longer respected, they moved towards secession.

But history has changed since then now hasn't it. Some manly in the south say there was no civil war at all, But a battle of two separate nations. Since the south broke off and by all rights created itself anew. It could be looked at that way. But then to the victor goes the rights to write history, now don't it.

But lets speed up today shall we? And take a look around.

We have N. Korea ready to go to war over?... Anyone thinking on the reason why they would ever think of threatening America? What did we , as Americans,  do to this little nation?

Or look at the nation as a whole now. What is wrong with this picture. You have the trans--gendered, who in my eyes have serious mental problems. In my eyes if you are a man, and think your a woman .. you are gay. Pretty easy to figure out. But you have people out there who's feelings are getting hurt. If they think they are a woman and can't go into a woman's bathroom.  I'll say this now. I think i am a lesbian trapped in a man's body.. maybe I should go into the female bathroom and see what happens.. No.. why? because that is the wrong thing to do. It's a the very least perverted. But you have the masses out there saying this mind set is ok.... think about that.

But many will say we are living in the last days. It be real hard not to agree with them. The fabric of morality is now so thin.. That one can wonder if it's even there any more. With the movement of gay rights. and the ever pressing legalizing gay marriage, where it should be a church issue and not a state issue. you have others stepping forward. Those who want multi partner marriages, those who feel that a child as young as 13 should be allowed to not only have sex, but get married.

And of course you have more of a scarier things happen. The viruses like lassa fever, H7n9, H5N1 and so many more just popping up. It was last week i think that some one in Texas in a weapons plant in Texas that stated that a vial of Lassa virus turned up missing. And the what does the American Media say? That the Lassa virus is not life threatening... Huh.. it was in a WEAPONS RESEARCH FACTORY! and lets overlook that using virus and chemical weapons is now completely illegal by the world standards. A little tid bit that some folks forget.

If I could wish, and have it come true. I would wish, for something in lines with for the people to see and know the truth. But I know this won't happen. for I have seen how folks act when you given them the truth and facts .... they go in complete denial mode.  It's sad when America has gone from the land of the brave . and the land of democracy . To the land of the slave and hypocrisy .
